Hi, my name is Nikki,  I have been teaching Iyengar Yoga for over 17 years. Iyengar yoga

is founded on the belief that yoga is accessible to

everyone regardless of their physical condition or age. With often the use of props and

personalised adjustments, Iyengar Yoga makes the practice available to all, promoting

healing, strength, balance and helping to quiet the mind.

 

I believe in teaching classes which are light-hearted, engaging, challenging and fun

whilst also staying true to the art, science and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga.

Timings:

Thursdays 09h30 – 11h15
