We hope everyone has had a lovely Easter break! With the sunshine finally making an appearance and the warmer weather lifting our spirits, it’s been wonderful to see the trees blossom and families enjoying quality time together outdoors. There’s a real buzz in the air, and we’re thrilled to keep that positive energy going with some fantastic events lined up for the rest of the year at Beaulieu Community Centre.

First up, we are delighted to welcome Sophie Ede, CEO of Hearing Help Essex, who will be joining us on Monday, 20th May from 10:00 to 11:30. Sophie is an inspiring speaker, and we’re so looking forward to hearing her share her personal journey with hearing loss. Her motivational talk is not to be missed! Free tickets are available now on our Eventbrite page (CGC Trust Events). Tea, coffee and cake will be provided, and please note that spaces are limited, so be sure to book early.

Then, get ready for a night of laughter and prizes at our Bingo Night on Friday, 21st June! Tickets are £10 each and also available on Eventbrite. Bring your own drinks and snacks, rally your friends, and get those daubers ready – there are lots of great prizes to be won! Tickets are selling fast, so grab yours while you can.

Looking a little further ahead, we’re beginning to prepare for a Tombola event later in the year, and we’d love your support. If you have any unwanted gifts or toys in good condition, we’d be so grateful for any donations. Your generosity helps us keep our events running and full of fun for the whole community.
