Noleen Andrews - Centre Manager

I am thrilled to be part of this amazing community and have high ambitions for running more community driven events — not just for toddlers, but for our teens, moms, dads, and grandparents. I have worked in various roles throughout my career, but one that brings me joy is working alongside people. I value the importance of connection within society, especially with the pace of life at present and all the struggles so many are facing. I come from sunny South Africa and have enjoyed living in Chelmsford for the past 6 years. MY work experience ranges from Office Manager to Personal Assistant to Events Coordinator. What drives me the most, especially over the last few years, is that "there's always a way!" I believe this to be true. I hope to assist in not only serving this wonderful new community but to continue being a part of its unity.
Macey Lawrence - Administrator
Hi, I’m Macey. I work part-time at Beaulieu Community Centre whilst studying Canine Therapy and Hydrotherapy at university, which I’m really passionate about. I’ve always had a love for animals and feel so lucky to be working towards a career where I can help them live healthier, happier lives. Outside of work and studying, I spend most of my time with my family and our five dogs, who keep me busy. I also ride and care for my horse, which I absolutely love and find so rewarding. I really enjoy being part of the team at the Centre and being involved in such a warm and welcoming community.
Samantha Rosa - Administrator
Hi, I’m Sammi! I work part-time at Beaulieu Community Centre, where I absolutely love being part of such a welcoming and friendly space. As a mum to three gorgeous girls, I know how important it is to feel connected with your community, and it’s wonderful to be part of something that truly puts people at the heart of everything. When I'm not at the Centre, I’m busy training to become a counsellor, which is something I’m really passionate about. In my downtime, you’ll find me going for walks with my dog, practicing mindfulness and breathwork, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I really enjoy my time at Beaulieu Community Centre — it’s such a warm, friendly place where you can truly feel the sense of community. It’s great to be involved in something that brings people together!
Oreo Andrews - Centre Support

Oreo really struggles with being left on his own, so occasionally he joins his mom at the Centre. Oreo is also from South Africa and was rescued off the streets at five weeks old. He loves children and long walks but has lots of sensory woes. He is always up for a pat and loves meeting all the people here at the Centre.
Lauren Heal - Administrator
Hi, I'm Lauren! I have been an administrator at the centre since 2024. I really enjoy the variety my work brings, as between interacting with all our different visitors and supporting community events, no two days are the same! My favourite part of the job is being able to witness the positive impact the centre has on the community, and the people who use it, every day. It makes my role incredibly rewarding, and I aim to always be here to help, and to keep the centre a relaxed and happy space for all! When I'm not at work, I am very passionate about fitness, so I can be found playing netball, in the gym or out for a run.
